Partner firm relationships
FSD receives referral fees when users choose to engage with partner firms. Engagement with a partner firm creates a direct attorney-client, CPA-client, or Enrolled Agent-client relationship between the taxpayer and that firm — not with FSD. FSD is not responsible for the services, advice, or outcomes provided by partner firms.
Use of the website
You agree not to:

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
- Scrape or systematically extract content without authorization
- Use automated means to submit information or register
- Impersonate others or provide false information
Intellectual property
