By providing your phone number through our eligibility assessment, you consent to receive calls and text messages from FSD and our partner firms about tax resolution services, including through automated dialing systems. Consent is not a condition of receiving our information resources. You can revoke consent at any time.

California residents have specific rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including rights to know what information is collected, request deletion, correct inaccurate information, opt out of certain sharing, and limit use of sensitive personal information.
